It was a pleasant surprise to find authentic okonomiyaki on Salt Spring Island! Google says they're closed on Sundays but we walked by the area to look at other food trucks and they were actually open on the Sunday (lucky us!) We got the Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki with noodles, the gyozas and I forgot the last dish but they were all really good! My husband and I missed asian food while on the island lol and this hit the spot for us.
The owner speaks minimal English. You order by filling out the paper form in front of the stand.
There was covered seating in the area so it was a a nice little spot for lunch before we caught the ferry back to Vancouver.

Great flavours! Go for something other than pork though as the meat was a bit grisly. Overall with the views it’s a great cost effective lunch spot.
