This food truck is run by the local high-school culinary class. They serve salads made almost entirely from their garden so you know the ingredients are top notch. They also offer a different sandwich and a soup each day. You must do the salad. You choose from a long list of ingredients including their own dressings. Try the soup or sandwich if you can as well. As a local we go there often and any guest we've taken remarks they will be coming back to the island for the salad!...read full review
