We have been coming here for a long time. Wonderful setting, ciders, and food. Always go there when visiting the island. Lately as it’s become more popular and busy we have seen the service decline a bit, the prices and portions for some of the items are also getting out of hand. We recently got the large cheese board and it was pretty dire for a $40+ board, the side salad for 8$ was a tiny bowl. Definitely will only be coming here for cider in the future.

A wonderful space with tasty ciders. The service was not great, though.

The young host was uncommunicative and not particularly friendly. We were seated at a high top inside and decided to wait for a patio space to open up. When our table was ready, our host came over and mumbled it was ready and started to walk away. He didn’t offer to help carry our flights, water, or menus and didn’t wait for us to follow.

Our server was perfectly nice but the service was impersonal and rushed.

It’s a very busy place so I understand - however care and attention goes a long way!

Brie our server was superb. She was kind and knowledgeable when needing help choosing ciders and food. The atmosphere is great. The miso black cod, the chips and crème brûlée are amazing food. We recommend!

The food was good, but a little bit pricey.

Arrived on a cloudy day and pick the outside seatings, which are self serve area. Bit of confused where to get water first and have to double confirm the cups are clean for use.

The staff were kind, and the orchard behind where we were sitting was beautiful. The meal plus the cider flight well mixed with the outside view. Really enjoyed the moments. My kids love the kids meal too with the mac'n cheese and chicken tenders.

Busy place, great sign here! Were seated quicker than expected and the service, drinks, and food were absolutely great. Loved the cider flights, pork shoulder and tofu bowl. Setting is beautiful, patio is amazing.

I am a huge fan of this place! The cider is great and they offer a huge variety and the food is delicious. My only reason for giving 4/5 stars for the service is because they were understaffed the day that I went, so between ordering a flight and food (ordered at the same time - party of 2) my friend an I were there for about 3.5 hrs. We arrived at 1230ish and waited in line to get seated for about 20 mins. Once we were seated we were told that because they were understaffed, we would have to wait in a different line to order. I completely understand that this happens and it's out of the server's control, so we waited in line to order for another 45 mins. We received our drinks right away and they were great! We waited another hour and watched people who had ordered after us receive their food. I hate to be difficult but figured there may have been an issue with our order, so I approached a staff member. It was very challenging to find someone as the staff were clearly scrambling because the place was insanely busy. I talked to a server who was able to figure out that our meals were accidentally delivered to another table awhile ago, so we waited another 15 mins to get our food. The food was great, beautifully presented, and exactly what we had ordered.

I would definitely come here again, but likely not on a summer Saturday becuase of the wait time. There are so many cool things to do on SSI and unfortunately we had to miss some of the things we planned to do because of the wait time.

The pineapple guava cider was excellent!

Do yourself a favour, DO NOT use the toilets prior to eating. Cider was good! Food was absolutely terrible, mac and cheese was stone cold soupy watered down cream sauce, sable fish was off, chicken sandwich was a greasy tasteless disappointment as well as the chicken carrage, fatty greasy chicken. To top it off I went to the bathroom prior to eating, huge mistake, it was absolutely filthy, health authorities should do an inspection, if the bathrooms are that gross I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like.
