There aren’t a lot of light / healthy options on Saturna and this little joint saved my trip. They offer a variety of healthy smoothies (the avocado spinach was yummy), a lot of interesting tea and coffee beverages and a vegan flatbread with sun dried tomatoes and arugula that was delicious! They also have salads and sandwiches and ice cream….. a complete one stop shop for a quick bite. There is a small, cute patio out front. The owner Ruth is warm and welcoming. A very sweet...
