I wish Nicole the best with her business as it is clear she cares about it. There were no problems on the day of the event, but I found her communication lacking because it seems like she is overworked. Everything is an extra cost, even things that would normally be included in a regular catering service. For example, things like chafing dishes, bus bins, and salt and pepper are not provided by her catering and are an extra cost. It would have been nice if she were upfront about...
I know an iced Americano is pretty basic, however the iced Americano here is so smooth! Not too watery, not bitter, just the perfect balance!
