It has a perfect view and really beautiful and cozy restaurant. Perfect for a gathering or date night. Food was good. The staff were super friendly.

Food was great, but the service was unacceptable.

The bad: Waited 14 minutes before being served, and then waiting 40 minutes for a pasta seafood dish all while not even having water poured. At the end, I had to wait another 10 minutes after all of my food and drink was cleared before someone came and asked if I wanted anything else or the bill. I did actually want something else but I couldn’t stand the thought of waiting 30 minutes for it.

The good: the food was delicious. Piping hot when it finally arrived. Scallops were cooked perfectly and same with the rest of the dish. The pasta wasn’t drowned in the sauce but there was enough that you could enjoy with the bread at the end. Very tasty, all of it!

Brunch was good, coffee was okay. Not sure if they were understaffed but service was also just okay. Server could have been friendlier and more attentive. Views are perfect

Unfortunately the cod was dry and the chips small, hard and too few… $26 Every customer is a potential repeat: not again.

Loved the food, price was normal, went home hungry,I had chicken strips they came with 12 French fries ridiculous. My friend had the soup came in a deep dish bowl with an inch soup on the bottom,to bad as the food was delicious the portions are ridiculous small. It costs about .50 cents to get French fries on the plate why starve us?

It's across the highway from Davis Bay pier, and the ocean. What's not to love!!!???

And then the service was lovely, the food was good... expensive but good. Thank you for a really nice Sunday lunch!!!

The menu and add-on prices seem to vary for the same dish, which can be a bit confusing. The waitress suggested me to have mushroom add-on so I give a try without double check the price.

I am sure customers don’t mind paying extra, but it would have been nice if the waitress had mentioned it so people won’t feel like being misled when they got the bill.

The mushroom add-on felt slightly overpriced for its taste and quality.

The steak tasted ok, but was on the tougher side for a medium-well, and there was some bloody juice on the plate, which made it less appetizing, just my own opinion.

The margarita is good, but had a bit too much ice in terms of the serving size.

Overall, good location and atmosphere, friendly staff, okay experience; worth a try if you’re smart enough.

Thanks! Please consider charity donation instead of refund! I don’t think any of your customers need that money back, but a matter of the reputation of your business.

One of the best parts of this location is the stunning westward view of the Davis Bay pier and the Strait of Georgia from the main dining room.

We stopped in for an early dinner and drink on a mid-October afternoon before the Jays continued their late season run. We opted for the ahi tuna crunch salad and the mussels. The mussels were cooked in a very flavourful coconut milk broth that was a welcome companion to the toasted focaccia that came with the meal. It was a reasonable portion but not overly generous. The ahi tuna dish was not great. The tuna was tough and was drowning in an orange coloured mayonnaise sauce that had spent too time under the heat lamp. The side salad was fresh but was way, way too salty with taco slivers that were stale.

The service was attentive but not smothering.

Overall we were a disappointed that the food didn’t play ball with the great views, warm ambiance and friendly staff.
