Extremely rude staff. They also now ration maple syrup. Instead of bringing the bottle to your table they give you a tiny to go container of it .

Extremely rude staff, slow service, bad food. The waitress didnt like how much we tipped her, so while showing her coworker the receipt, the coworker turned around and said I think you forgot something to us. They continued to make snide comments as we walked out.

A tale of two breakfasts: We had breakfast at Sheer Bliss Bakery Cafe in Gibsons last Thursday where we were greeted with a smile both coming and going and with plenty of hustle in between. This was the exact opposite of our experience at Ricky's the day before.

A very pleasant surprise in a parking lot. Four of us ordered the fish and chips and we were all very happy with the meal. My wife had the capricciosa pizza and she loved it. She thought is was the closest flavor and quality she has had since our last visit to Italy. SO GOOD!
Our server, Clara, was attentive and very friendly.
This is not a fancy place, but it was clean and the ambience was very pleasant. It was a welcome stop and a good meal.

Wanted to try the Famoso in Sechelt to compare to the Vancouver location. Drink orders started with beers. We then wanted to order the large and get a small margherita special. Server was working hard and understaffed, a little flustered but very polite and honest. Didn’t know anything about the special but found out it was order on line and take out only. We were fine with the take out only and since we already had our beers we were fine waiting. Half way through the beer, our large arrives in a box but she informs us she screwed up the order and forgot about the small margherita. She offers to let us start on the large while we wait another 20 mins for the small to make up for the mistake. 20 mins later, the manager comes by with the small and proceeds to give us attitude about how we shouldn’t be eating in the restaurant. Tried to explain to her but it felt like we weren’t welcome. Fine by us, lots of pizza places on the coast.
The pizza had good flavour but the crust was gummy because they used too much sauce. The server was fantastic by understanding no one should have to wait that long for a second pizza. The manager needs customer service skills.

Great pizza terrible service. Employees need proper uniforms and some training to serve more than one table at a time. Restaurant could use a deep cleaning!

Showed up for breakfast at 9:00 but she couldn't serve us as they had a large group of people and she was the only one on till 9:30. Not a big deal. Came back and had a good breakfast from a good waitress

We visited for a late lunch with friends, and it was our first time here. There’s a Famoso Pizza located inside Ricky’s, which was a nice surprise. We ordered two veggie burgers and one Primeviera pizza (a vegetarian option). The pizza was tasty, though we weren’t too fond of the cheese used. The garlic bread was flavorful, and both the burgers and fries were enjoyable. Overall, good food and excellent service!

Great restaurant. We always get Cheryl to serve us lol and she’s wonderful. Foods excellent and great portions. Definitely our spot to eat when in Sechelt.

Every time we visit Sechelt, we make a stop for breakfast and Cheryl is the first face we see. Beyond kind, beyond attentive. Love her humour and candor. We also tell everyone in Vancouver to come for food here. A+++++

Very limited menu. Stuffed hash browns were pretty good. Fresh fruit is on the menu but not available because nobody orders it. The place just seems a little sad.
