Had the best experience at Starbucks today! My coffee was perfect, and Nav really made my day. The store was busy but she stayed calm, polite, and so positive. I’ve found the staff a bit rushed or rude on other visits, but today was completely different , she was welcoming and made everything feel easy. Truly great service!

Stopped on my way to the ferry this morning right as they opened and wasn't disappointed. The 3 employees were wonderful, polite and kind.

The drink i ordered was amazing, the worker darryanne was so kind and everything was good until I was waiting for my drink and there was a worker named Kerry. She was cursing loud enough so I heard it and she was yelling at her other workers. Clearly she doesn't like her job. The other workers were very kind and re-made my drink when Kerry made it wrong but I saw Kerry and she was very rude. She was swearing about her co-workers and the customers. Loud enough so I think whoever was standing waiting for a drink, heard it. I felt very uncomfortable with her talking like that to other employees because they were so very kind. Kerry made the experience there disappointing. I would have given 5 stars but Kerry was just so, so rude to other workers.

We come often for the last 13 years, the staff are great and always go over the top if we have any issues etc. Drivethru is solid, kids love coming here. Clean bathrooms and tables, Thanks guys!
