I had a really good experience at Subway today. The staff were friendly and patient while I chose my toppings. The ingredients looked fresh, the bread was warm, and the portion size was perfect. The place was clean and the service was fast. Great value for the price!

Once I arrived to the store for pick-up, the bright and clean interiors stood out. Staff at the store were very helpful and extremely friendly. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with the customer service at Subway Sechelt. Even though we bought food from them, the staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating. I asked to use their washroom and was told I couldn’t, because they only allow it if the mall washroom is closed. That makes no sense, especially when you’re already a paying customer.
It’s disappointing to see this kind of attitude in a small community where friendliness and good service should come naturally. Definitely not a pleasant experience — I hope management can remind their staff what customer service really means.
