The care and attention that he put into his ingredient selection and recipes; The way he not only accommodated dietary restrictions, but amazed us with the resulting dishes; The beautiful plating, his wonderful demeanour and wealth of knowledge really helped to elevate the whole experience.Several of the courses made my top ten favourite dishes, so I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for an ultimate private dining experience!
