I have to say this was the most fabulous Taco I have ever had from a takeout menu. just absolutely the freshest of fresh!! absolutely freaking delicious!! and my taco Chef was awesome and friendly. I did not catch his name but way to go guy, keep up the awesomeness!!!

Unpretentious, fresh and tasty! You can't go wrong with carnitas in a taco, a burrito or BETTER YET go for the wet burrito. It's the priciest but gives the most savory taste in your mouth.As long as you don't expect authentic tacos here, you'll be good. No pickled onions to be found. But the meats such as barbacoa and carnitas are cooked slowly and beautifully. Protein portions are generous.The owners' creative touch show up in Pinoy pork adobo. Get it in the bowl and do yourself a favour - no salsa. The vinegar in the meat is enough acid and the adobo is punchy.I love to support this independent and family run taco joint. The owners are friendly and the service is great! Find Taco Republic in the plaza beside Daily Roast.
