I have to say this was the most fabulous Taco I have ever had from a takeout menu. just absolutely the freshest of fresh!! absolutely freaking delicious!! and my taco Chef was awesome and friendly. I did not catch his name but way to go guy, keep up the awesomeness!!!

Unpretentious, fresh and tasty! You can't go wrong with carnitas in a taco, a burrito or BETTER YET go for the wet burrito. It's the priciest but gives the most savory taste in your mouth.As long as you don't expect authentic tacos here, you'll be good. No pickled onions to be found. But the meats such as barbacoa and carnitas are cooked slowly and beautifully. Protein portions are generous.The owners' creative touch show up in Pinoy pork adobo. Get it in the bowl and do yourself a favour - no salsa. The vinegar in the meat is enough acid and the adobo is punchy.I love to support this independent and family run taco joint. The owners are friendly and the service is great! Find Taco Republic in the plaza beside Daily Roast.

Love this place. I never met a Taco I didn't like. Ok that's not true but this place is tasty. I have had several of their tacos before and today had the tequila lime chicken burrito with all the fixings! It was delicious. The only issue was it was so big both myself and my husband couldn't finish it. Probably could've shared one instead of ordering two. The only reason I dedicted one star for atmosphere was because their chairs are not very comfortable but otherwise this is a great place to stop in when craving tacos and burritos.
