Great service getting extra item not on display but available in kitchen. Coffee was hot but bland.

Delicious and fast
I hate to be writing this but I just want a good boston cream donut.
They are cheating out on the ingredients. One of my favorite donuts and I have to drive to the gibsons location.
Somebody is trying to save a buck or staff is stealing. And it's been consistent for 2 years so I assume it's somebody saving a buck.

We were here on a Saturday around 130 pm. There was one other family in the whole place. I waited for 15 mins at the till, with zero acknowledgement from the 4 staff working in a dead restaurant. We got fed up and walked across the parking lot to Starbucks, where the service was great despite being packed. Save yourself a trip to this Tim's, the staff doesn't give two hoots about service. I would strongly suggest that the owner of this franchise educates the staff on proper service, until then head over to the Starbucks where you will actually be served.

Ordered a sausage farmer’s wrap today sept 23, 2024 but the hashbrown was hard as stone. I asked to replace my farmer’s wrap and after 20mins the punjabi manager who was rude like she’s never ever had or been into customer service dealt the situation. She was insisting they dont have hashbrown and offered me extra sausage or extra egg, and I said I dont want extra I want fresh hashbrown. She acted like very unprofessional and litterally was yelling at me. She should have said fresh hashbrowns will be up in 10-15mins instead of insisting the extra HBrown or sausage. It was my initiative to tell her if possible, make a fresh one. I was litterally fine to wait.
Teach your manager to be nice, not being nasty!
I only asked for a fresh hash brown and I dont think that’s a big deal!

So slow, and the staff seems short.. They leave the counter sitting there waiting while looking at you wait and walk past or get for drive through, but no one says be right with you or anything to acknowledge you are there to be a paying customer
