So slow, and the staff seems short.. They leave the counter sitting there waiting while looking at you wait and walk past or get for drive through, but no one says be right with you or anything to acknowledge you are there to be a paying customer

I go to Timmys about 4 x a week. It is where I meet up with friends ? and we catch up on our lives. When it gets busy I have to leave as it gets so loud. What sends me packing is that they just let the ? phone ring. It kills the whole atmosphere. why not have a message service. So we can just stay and eat etc.

Its the order windows they cant hear you.. then they dont let you even look at the menu.. its hurry hurry hurry..cause of the customer served so fast rule.. I would prefer customer service.
