Crazy over priced. And definitely worst American I’m ever ordered. Tasted like a shot of coffee(not espresso) over water with a few ice cubs.

The most charming family run location, excellent coffee, and the chocolate covered oranges are to die for. I’m sorry in advance ;)

Excellent service with many great choices. Seating inside and out. You can park very close by. I will be back to sample more. Wonderful introduction on a busy Saturday. Thanks guys

Really don’t know how this place has so many good reviews. Prices aren’t listed and two coffees were almost $14. Can’t even call it coffee honestly it tasted so terrible. If you like coffee, don’t go here, you will be very disappointed.

This is a very quaint cafe in Shawnigan lake, with a great location!

Unfortunately, service was not great, the menu is posted on a tv wall mount and pans every few seconds making it difficult to see their drink options, and nothing has prices listed.

My wife and I went in and had ordered an iced mocha, and a 16oz Americano, to which it came out to be around $13.51. Quote expensive, but if it's a great product, it's all part of the experience. Sadly this was not the case. The Americano tasted akin to water that had steeped cigarette butts closer in quality to something you get from a Folgers can. The iced mocha was very milky and has very mild chocolate flavouring. If the pricing was respective to the quality I wouldn't have had as much an issue with this, but charging top dollar (and lacking transparency) for sub-optimal product is very disappointing and somewhat feels like a tourist trap.

Amazingly welcoming people, good atmosphere and delicious chocolate treats! Had an iced mocha on a warm day - couldn’t be happier.

Always a pleasure to go to Oma's cafe'. Veggie pizza is special but must phone ahead or it's gone before I arrive - no matter the time.

Vegetarian options: Best veggie pizza going! The thin crust and the ingredients, like pineapple, are key.

Parking: The owners of the attached coffee shop are lovely and so willing to satisfy your often annoying requests.

Went in to get a couple hot chocolates and a couple chocolates. I had just come from the adjoining Bakery. I asked if it was OK to have our baked goods with our hot chocolates and was meant with a rude tone about okay but don't make a mess. After 30 sec of being a bit shocked by her tone and response I asked if we could have those to go. She looked back at me in disgust and said we'll I thought you were staying and already started to put in a cup. We got our drinks in a mug. Quickly drank them and had our dessert. NO MESS MADE. I was put off because who do you think we are? I am a grown woman with my 12 year old granddaughter. 2 half pieces dipped in chocolate and 2 small hot chocolates over $16 and rude service. No thanks will never darken their door again.

If the owner is uncomfortable with breastfeeding, perhaps customer service is not the right job for her. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Seems whenever I need a coffee this spot is closed. Decent coffee. Owner was rude to me.

I am deeply appalled by how this establishment handled a situation where a breastfeeding mother was shamed and asked to cover up. Breastfeeding is a natural and important act, yet the owners had the audacity to compare it to something as inappropriate as urinating in public! The fact that they only issued an apology after community backlash shows a clear lack of empathy and poor character. As a breastfeeding mother myself, I find this behavior unacceptable and would never support a business that treats families this way. If you're looking for a welcoming, respectful environment, this is definitely not the place.
