Just got back from a week in a Airbnb just outside of Sooke. We stumbled upon Shirley Delicious on our way to Mystic Beach. We are so glad we found it! Everything from the baked goods; loved the muffins! to the Vegie Hash for breakfast (had this twice).
A bonus was being allowed to take my dog on the patio.
Everyone there seems so upbeat and friendly. I'm hoping to retire in the area next year so they will get used to us.

Beautiful place on the coastal highway to stop for a bite, on picnic tables outside among the red cedars. Really liked the Cabo... sandwich too.

We stopped by close to closing and although their kitchen was shut, we were given the most epic muffins I've ever had. Coffee was also rich and full.
Can't wait to visit again and spend more time enjoying the outdoor patio. Love the funky vibe too.
