I travelled 8hrs home with a two coolers, just to bring my family 11 glass jars of milk and three tubs of ice cream 🍨!! I highly recommend and will do it again the next time i’m in the vernon area. My only complaint is I wish they were available closer 😂

Their cheese quality has decreased dramatically. It appears they are not pressing it properly, probably a cost saving measure (more whey = higher weight with less cheese) so it is mushy and hard to shred. I’ve emailed and called them about this issue but they refuse to acknowledge it. I have also received many packages that are below weight. You would think an “artisan” dairy company would take more pride in their product. People aren’t stupid Dutchman, they will buy elsewhere.

Amazing ice cream, animals, and a perfect place to bring kids in the summer. During summer, they have an insane selection of ice cream, and I have never had higher quality in my life. Then you can wander around, see the animals, and let your kids observe a working dairy. Even the smallest kids will love it here. Can get extremely busy, especially when tour buses stop in. Generally they have the staff to keep the lines moving and plenty of parking.

We went with about 6 girls and the older lady was SUPER RUDE! She snapped at us and was yelling at the younger staff. When we asked if they had samples she was super snarky and didn’t seem happy about being there. The cows were in terrible condition, they were extremely skinny and covered in their own filth. They were trying to get out of the cramped space with no open field. The ice cream was awful as I got the salted caramel cheesecake ice cream and it tasted like straight salt and some of my friends said it tasted like overly salted Kraft cheese. And the milkshakes had no flavour whatsoever so ever. Will not return or support this business they’re awful and to the customers and the animals.

The staff wasn't friendly, the ice cream was bland, the portion sizes were small for the price. Nothing to write home about. IMO doesn't live up to the marketing and the nice look of the place from the outside. Nothing in comparison to McKay's in Cochrane or Lics in Calgary. The staff wasn't that busy yet the lady who served us said they were and it felt like we weren't valued but that they waiting for the next cha-ching of the till. Too much to overlook and it's too bad as I am a big fan of supporting local. At least the place was bright and clean.
Honestly, if the portion sizes weren't so stingy an the staff was friendly, I would likely give other flavors a try since I like supporting the little guys.
