Their ice cream was not superior to any but their customer service was definitely inferior to any ice cream places I’ve ever visited. Beware of the young girl with dark curly hair, she’d roll her eyes at you without even looking at you and will greet you with no smile, be prepared to get discriminated by the tall blonde hair lady as well. If you’re an animal lover, don’t visit the shed at the back where they keep their cows, it’d bring tear to your eyes seeing how they’re cramped in a place like a peak hour public bus.

A great place to stop and stretch your legs! Loved seeing the Holstein calves and HUGE mamas in the barn, as well as the different breeds of chickens, goats and pheasant.
Cute little dairy shop, long line for the dozens of flavours of ice cream but I made a beeline for the cheese case! Picked up 2 varieties of cheese curds at a reasonable price.

I have no complaints about the ice cream and the customer service which is why I am giving 2 stars. My complaint comes from the husbandry of the cows in the barn. The calves looked well taken care of, their stalls were cleaned and they had plenty of food and water available. But the adult female cows were in rough shape, the barn they were kept in was filthy, and the cows themselves were so skinny I could see every hip bone. A healthy cow does not look like this. I was really heartbroken to see their body condition in this way. Please contact a livestock vet because something is not right with them. Even their stools were far too soft even for a milk producing cow. The fact the calves are old enough to eat solids and not rely on their mothers to nurse, tells me there is no logical reason that these animals should be as skinny as they are.

I was really looking forward to visiting this farm, but I left feeling very disappointed. The accommodations for the cows were extremely poor. They were standing in their own waste, and the area looked very unsanitary. It was hard to enjoy the ice cream knowing the animals were being kept in such conditions. Cleanliness and animal welfare should be a top priority, and unfortunately, that was not what I saw here.

Testy Ice-cream but don't go if you are a brown person! They should place a board on the door, No brown people is welcome here! I have not received such bad depressing service from an ice cream shop ever in my life! If you are not a brown person definitely go and try their ice cream!

Turtle cheesecake specifically was amazing as a flavour. Lots of variety and pricing isn’t bad. + Cows are super adorable. It does get really busy though on vacation days.

This is a MUST STOP when driving through Sicamous! Ice Cream and Dairy products on one side, fresh fruit and vegies on the other, and the animals are a fabulous bit of entertainment!! We love this place :)

The ice cream shop and farm has always been a must when we travel to sicamous. The coconut flavor was delicious as always. One staff tried to her best to accommodate dietary restrictions and she was so wonderful to deal with. However, the other staff member who has been mentioned in previous reviews had quite miserable energy (young girl with curly hair). Rolling her eyes at customers, sighing in annoyance, throwing the scoops and slamming the doors closed and giving us attitude when asked questions or trying to order. It threw off the entire experience. We came back the next day again and figured maybe she was just having a bad day, but nope. Same attitude and miserable presence. As someone who’s been coming here for over 20 years this was NOT the customer service I’ve experienced. Sorry for the 3 stars but you need to address the attitude problem as in my opinion this place isn’t just about the ice cream, it’s also about the experience customers have that keep them coming back; or not.
