“Great spot for a small destination town.
Bbq really hit the spot. I had the brisket and some sides and my wife had pulled pork sandwich.
Brisket was good both times I've had more tender but I have no complaints. Potato salad was my favorite and baked beans were good too. The potato salad had a little zing on the backside.
Mac and cheese was good. Don't let the cornbread or oregano scare you off they blend in well and are not overtaking if you don't like the sounds of either one.
Make sure you come in before 6 as they start to sell out of items as the night goes on. The first night we came in at 8pm and the selection was more limited.
The portions of sides are good for 2-3 people. It would be nice if they offered the 1/2 pound of meat with 2 smaller sides to allow some selection without spending so much. It makes it cost more when a couple has different tastes.”
