You know, i'm sick of the " paper policies " when having " service animals " in public places . Dont ask me why i have been mad at you because you don't think for yourself and just apply the rulea by the book. Long live to your estblishment.

I guess a cross country parrot are not welcome in your place. I'll stick with tim hortons where they prepare food... too..

Great waterside pub with patio seating where you can watch boats pass through the channel. Tons of seating and hard working staff.

This experience was a huge disappointment. The hostess did not WANT to seat us outside after a profound wait on a non busy evening, stating it was full (there was 4 empty tables we could see). But she reluctantly got us an outside seat. Our waitress seemed very uninterested in actually serving us or even completing simple tasks, like replacing a menu that was missing a key page (hand helds) or making a suggestion! The drinks were okay and food ordered was a hit or miss. We really wanted to enjoy a summer evening on the water for dinner, but we were really let down. I mentioned this experience to some friends that go to the town for vacation and they have mentioned similar experiences. Likely wont return.

Service and ambience were fine.
However, the quality of the food is not. Soft drinks tasted strongly of chlorine.
I ordered the spare ribs, which were tender but the meat was tasteless. I had the feeling that the ribs were just cooked and then brushed thickly with BBQ sauce.

Don't get the pizza. If I wanted sandwich meat on my pizza I would have made it myself. Staff was very friendly though. All in all, not worth the $33.60 for one pizza.

Went there with a friend and she ordered wings and only got 6 tiny wings for $20 and I started to laugh as I thought it was a mistake, but it wasn't. The the waitress stated that was a normal serving...so I recommend if your hungry to eat elsewhere as you will pay alot for very little. We are small people can only imagine a man wanting to have a full dinner. No coasters for our drinks, no salt or pepper. We waited 45 minutes and was a slow night. The Ceasar double was very weak tasting aswell. Sorry will skip it on my next way through. Talked with kitchen staff and own with no reimbursement or acknowledgment.

Attitude from the server and manager was uncalled for.
