The meatballs were undercooked - partially red meat in the middle. I am pregnant so this is especially unacceptable. The server didn’t even apologise or indicate any concern. Didn’t communicate that the meatballs would be thrown out - just made excuses that they don’t cook the meat in store. I hope no one gets food poisoning. Unbelievable.

October 2025 When I walked in, first thing I noticed was that it very hot inside for a cool October day. Second thing I noticed was that all the food bins had covers and a list of toppings was handwritten and taped to the sneeze guard, neither of which is normal. Third and most disturbing thing was the number of bugs flying above the food bins. I asked the employee why it was so hot and what was going on with the bugs. I was told the a/c stopped working in mid-September so there is no ventilation in the restaurant. If they open the front or back door, the bugs come in. It was a very unhealthy working environment. No ventilation is extremely unhealthy for staff and also patrons. As for the bugs, steps were being taken by staff to try to keep them off the food but not sure it is successful. Employee said they’ve been asking the owner about fixing the a/c over and over, with no response. I reported to BC Health. Hopefully they’ll do something.

The woman working there was working super hard and busting her butt. There was another employee on break. She was pumping out sandwiches, the tables were dirty which was not my favourite. End of day, it’s a subway… with a coupon 2 sandwiches and 1 drink is $26 dollars. It’s getting to the point where I’m just not going to go to these places.

I wish i could rate it lower than 1 star. They didn't even toast the subway and didn't put in the sauces that were told. Moreover the chicken was dry and under cooked. DONOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Manvir was very helpful and polite, planned a trip from Calgary to Vancouver via road. stopped there for lunch. We were so happy with the amazing costumer service that Manvir had provided.

Poor manners and worse customer service.
I ordered via mobile and when I arrived, as per many other reviews, the two staff behind the counter talked at length about who was working when, rather than acknowledge me. I saw my order slip on the counter by the till but no one appeared to be working on it.
When a third staff presented I approached the counter and advised I was there to pick up my mobile order. A shorter woman with dark hair - who had been chatting/ignoring me - then reprimanded me for being early. I said it was fine, I’d wait, but would appreciate someone got going on my order rather than chatting. She asked what I said so I repeated it, and she hotly replied “I’m not on shift” (though she was standing at the counter making a sandwich, and the other girl said she had to get bread in the oven or it would over proof.
The third staff (and there was a 4th in the back) did start on my sandwiches, and did a fairly good job, but said she couldn’t grill them because she’d been told to only use the grill for wraps - that sandwiches wreck it. I suspect someone doesn’t want to clean it…Kind of like they don’t want to clean the layers of grime on the bathroom light switch.
As I was leaving, the shorter dark haired lady was still there taking someone’s order - so much for being off shift.

The girls behind the counter were talking to each other and did not greet us. We ordered two subs and a soup, but I had to remind the girl serving us that we had ordered soup. The subs tasted like normal, decent subs but the soup was a little weird tasting. The restaurant itself was clean.

Horrible service from the two girls in there. Ordered ahead and food wasn’t ready, and they refused to make it when we got there and were the only customers in line. The employees, specifically Swishley, were rude argumentative and had bad attitudes. Save your money or go elsewhere. Would not come again

We always enjoy the consistency we find in whatever Subway we frequent. The serving staff are kind and considerate in customizing our footlong - half with olives and the other half with extra mustard. Always a good experience. Recommended if you are tired of regular fast food.
