As a Tennessean, I KNOW barbecue and cornbread. This place has a cornbread that is not only authentic but 100% dead on perfect! Almost better than sex! The barbecue ribs fall off the bone and they sauces are on point. You GOTTA eat here!

They have the best BBQ in the west coast! The sauce plus the Smokey goodness is a perfect combination to melt in your mouth! Plus having delicious cocktails to wash it down with you can’t go wrong!
Food was delicious, every single sauce they offered was phenomenal, the cocktails were expertly mixed and the owner is stand up fella.
Anyone putting less than 5 stars is a goof.

Well I have no idea what that cranky person was talking about dry this or that- sounds like a customer I wouldn't want. I work in hospitality and this place is fantastic! Lets start with the service- it's excellent, water delivered to your table immediatly as you sit down- excellent and prompt service with drinks whether its alcohol or just a pop. My partner is from Texas and loved everything- Thats high praise from a Texan! The cocktail list, homemade sauces and the Narrows Platter are a real standouts and I will be returning for sure the next time I'm through town. The prices are very fair for the high quality and if you want cheap food hit up the Mcdonalds value meal instead. Overall I was blown away that this place exists in such a smalltown, competes with the best BBQ places in the states.

I really hate leaving negative reviews for small business as I realize everyone has bad days and things just happen. However, this place left me so angry and I feel the reviews that I read before visiting catfished me. Was extremely excited to try all the smoked goodness as we were passing through. We ordered a ton - the mac and cheese, broccoli salad, bao buns, wings, smoked baked beans and of course brisket. Mac and cheese and beans were extremely under-seasoned. Bao buns were crumbly and dry, not sure if they were cooked few hours prior or microwaved but didn't even think it's possible to taste so bad. The smoked wings did not taste smokey at all but were overcooked to the point that tasted boiled. Brisket was dry. The broccoli salad was the best thing of everything ordered which is pretty sad for a smoke house. The waitress had to be waved for drinks and for the bill, brought wrong order and over all was just a mess. Was so disappointed in yet another place that is supposed to be specialized in something but were worse than anything I can make at home as a non-pro. Maybe they do not care since a lot of the business is seasonal from people that won't come until next year (or ever) but when the prices are as high as they are, more people should care about quality.

Fantastic food, best smokehouse I have seen, kind of expensive, but the drinks, food, atmosphere, and even the toilets, are worth every penny, I spent a lot of money because we bought a large amount of food for several people. The line to go inside may be slightly long, depending on the time you get there, but it is very understandable why the line is as long as it is. Regardless, worth every penny and extra, btw shoutout to the waiters for being so kind and always keeping a smile on their face, and another shoutout to their bartender, for being fantastic at his job, making fantastic drinks for all ages. Will most likely be going there every time I visit sicamous.
