The issue is not the food, but the short staffing. This is the only tim Hortons in Sicamous is busy, and the traffic that passes through the area actually stops here. The restaurant is understaffed, and I have seen numerous reviews that mention the lack of staff. Management should begin hiring more employees and stop responding to reviews by directing customers to contact guest care for Tim Hortons.

Don't come here unless you want to go back in/ through for them to correct your order. It's like something I expect from this place now. They either give me the wrong food or wrong drink. Don't get me wrong, I still go there because it's the only tims that is close to me. Please teach your staff that if they are unsure about someone's order, it doesn't hurt to ask and double check. I'd rather you double check then me get the wrong food but can't go back in because I'm late for work. Got a bacon farmers wrap today, I got sausage. I quite literally dont eat sausages. This is a frequent thing. Had to just throw it out because I didn't have time to go back in. It's getting ridiculous! Almost everytime! I'm honestly just gonna start going to A&W across the street. Given this timmies too many chances.
