Went out to grab two strawberry cheesecake blizzards, mind you these are + $10,- each and literally had ONE lil piece of cheesecake in ONE of the blizzards. Was just a whole bunch of blend strawberry icecream. Very disappointing, tried calling them to give feedback but no one picks up. Hoping you guys can make it right and tell your people to not forget the main ingredient in a customers order (twice). We’re used to have the best from colwood DQ when we lived there but not sure this Sidney DQ lives up. Ordering a strawberry cheesecake icecream, didn’t get any of it: LAME :(

My son accidentally placed the order to this location while we were waiting at Quadra location. Called the location immediately and the Manager refused instantly refunding transaction instead ask that we send them an email to a Gmail account with our physical mailing address to receive a gift card. Clearly post on Dairy Queen website instant refund was available. Now we are offer $8.60 cash but we have to drive into Sidney from downtown Victoria to pick it up. Such scammers!

Unbelievable, $7.76 for a mini Oreo Royal Blizzard (tax included). I know prices have gone up for an ice cream amount that is smaller than a child's first, but this is ridiculous (and it's not even ice cream). That will be the last time I'm going to DQ....this is getting out of control.
