Ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon and all the cream cheese was in the center of the bagel hole, not on the bagel at all. Was drive thru order so didn't realize until it was too late and I was already at the ferry terminal

Holyyyyy Moly is the food bad here, I go here maybe once a month or less and usually it isn’t the worse service but today was way different first of all I get there and all the customers are arguing with the employees which catches me off guard then I hear employees saying we are out of all ice cream and desert options which is the cherry on top after that I have never gone to McDonald’s since.

No milkshakes for 4 hours at 2pm to clean the machine? Sounds like a night shift job to me. Myopic management.

Soggy and cold fries ice cream was basically soup advertised as open until 11 but was closed at 10:55 employees were not much help when we went through the drive through and discovered our ice cream
