I've been here many times! It should be said that the staff here seem unhappy as they always provide terrible service! One time an employee here asked me I don't understand what you ordered! Frankly speaking, I ordered at the self-service machine to avoid disturbing these service staff! But she said she couldn't understand it! Another time their male supervisor was very close to the customer and ignored him at all! Even though the customer called many times, the male supervisor seemed very unhappy. He was so arrogant that he looked up at the scenery outside the window to answer the customer's questions! No one from the front desk staff responded even though they had nothing to do!

Great place if you like free raw food
It's always cold in here. I don't even eat at the restaurant but I hear people complaining about it all the time when I pick up my breakfast. Not a one time thing.

This location is freezing af. Went to ordered a latte no medium sizes but there is for regular coffee and tea? Didn’t make sense

The worst location and owner this franchise has ever sold to - no refills, pay extra for more than 1 nugget sauce, slow as hell, awful to their employees - just absolute terrible ownership. McDonald’s should revoke the franchise license from these losers. Go down the highway to Mt Newton or Royal Oak.

While talking to a manager about my situation, she said she was to busy for me at the moment. If that's how young people are taught to manage, you may want to rethink your work practices

Absurdly slow, regardless of what time or day it is. Staff waves hands at things instead of talking. Forget using the drive through, it's always a lineup wrapped around the building. Again, this is at literally any day or time.
I waited about 10 minutes just to order as the only person in line. When I finally got my order another 10min later, it was completely wrong. My quarter pounder with cheese (no pickles no onions) was now a quarter pounder with cheese, minus cheese, plus bacon(?), extra onions and pickles.
Good thing I got this to go and only found out when I got home with it. There is at *least* 4 staff there with 3 customers in store and a line of cars jammed up in the drive through. There's no way this should make the store come to a permanent halt.
Only go here if you have absolutely no choice and you have nowhere to be anytime soon.
This is the second slowest mcdonalds I've ever been to in my life, the first being at the Alonzo Wright bridge in Gatineau Quebec with a whopping 45min average wait.

Went this morning and the woman at window one greeted us with a disgusting attitude. Wrong kind of employee to be the first face of the company you see, being rude to customers and ignoring what is said to her. Then you get the food, bagel for my kid was hard as all hell, not edible. Try calling the store?? No answer. 10/10 don't recommend. Worth driving to another location.

You don't have any soft drinks, you don't have milkshakes, you make us wait for 15 minutes beside the building, and when the food comes out, you don't bring me my large fries, or donut. I ask for you to bring me my items, and instead of just bringing me my order, you say I wasn't charged for the large fries so I have to drive around, pay again, and wait again. That is YOUR fault. You weren't listening to my order at the window, and I had to wait 15 minutes for only part of what I asked for. That is YOUR fault. Your little blonde girl working there has ZERO customer service skills. Arguing and saying nothing is their fault. Have fun ruthlessly defending a giant corporation that doesn't care about you. Over like three cents of overpriced garbage food.
blonde lady w the bun is rude. she glared at me consistently and when i asked to sub for mayo which is free she charged me for it instead. sure it’s 0.50 but i don’t want to pay anymore than i have to

Printer didn't work, didn't put fries in the happy meal
It's ok..but please hire people that speak proper English my husband spent more than 20 minutes trying the girl who attended him to take the order right, eigther she couldn't make the machine to work every time she took the order got it wrong!! more than 20 minutes and after 5 times , my husband got frustrated and left, If there are staff attending people they must be properly trained for the rush hours or! pass the customer to someone else with more expertise.
Food usually isn't hot or very fresh tasting, other than that, it's McDonald's
