Super friendly service! The staff were accommodating when I had to make a big change to my order, and they handled everything with a smile. The location is clean and convenient, with easy access from the highway if you’re heading to the ferry. Our order was ready quickly, and the quality was great as always. I’ll definitely be ordering from this Panago location again soon!

Pros: 1. Friendly & personable staff. 2. Great location with inviting environment & service. 3. Regular pizza breading & garlic Cheesy bread are great. (Partner said)
Cons: 1. Gluten smart pizza isn't good at all. 2. The crust is plain & chewy, almost like naan or flatbread with no taste/ seasoning. It's difficult to eat or enjoy because the pizza is so dry. 3. Minimal sauce or toppings 4. Price is not reflective of what is received. ($5+ extra for this gluten smart)

5. The other negative experienced, was ordering & paying for the gluten smart pizza and having it be full gluten. They were great at remedying this and gave a credit on our account which was so appreciated.
Overall, aside from the gluten smart pizza,it's good. But please get a different recipe for gluten smart, and improvement on the topping. Ty! :)
