If youre looking for insanely good and authentic food for a good price, come to thus restaurant. The food was literally SO good and also the portions were big. My personal tip: Chicken Tikka Masala. The ambiente only got 4 stars because it didnt really fit but it doesnt matter because the food is out of this world. COME HERE

A variety of menu options that should provide almost anyone with something to their liking. We sat outside with my brother's dog on a cool evening. I ordered the Afghani Malai Tikka. It came with a bit of pickled vegetable and a yogurt sauce on the side. I asked for medium spice, which was very mild to my palate. The chicken was tender, nicely spiced and well complimented by the sauce. The rice was fragrant and perfectly cooked.
We had three types of nan, including one with coconut and mango which we all enjoyed very much.
The house cab sauv was very nice for a house wine - neither monodimensional, too tart or too sweet.
They do a brisk take-away business - I noticed quite a few people picking up orders while we were eating.
They had an impressive variety of vegetarian meal selections including both appetizers and main courses.
A very nice experience that we intend on repeating many more times.

Flavor was good but unfortunately it was way too spicy to eat. I ordered it mild and it was can’t-feel-your-lips spicy. My partner can handle really spicy food so he ordered his medium hot and he couldn’t stop sweating while he was eating it. I only recommend you eat here if you love really spicy food.

This restaurant is an exceptional find in a most beautiful city in North America. For a lunch plate (Thali), you get the most bang for the dollar. The food is delicious and prepared within sight. The servers were very professionals and gracious. The butter chicken is worth the price of flying from a distant land.
