One of the best Tom Yum Goong (Prawn Hot ‘n Sour Soup’s) that I’ve had recently, nice spice cleared my nose ! and the Nua Phad Nho Mai (Bamboo Beef) is a delicious medley of savoury tender beef with perfect vegetables nice zing of basil and kaffir lime leaves

This has been my favourite restaurant since they opened. Every time I come home from the mainland, lunch or dinner at Sabhai Thai is a must. Quality fresh dishes, gracious service, and affordable. I’m headed there this afternoon with my parents and am already salivating. My favourites: red curry, veggie pad Thai and their homemade spring rolls. You can’t go wrong here!
Update after meal: excellent as always. My parents each had the red curry lunch combo & I had the veggie pad Thai combo. Each came with a cup of veggie soup and 2 home made spring rolls. You can’t beat it; $18 each and plenty to take home for lunch tomorrow! And they still give you a chocolate after your meal❤️.

OMG there’s no better Thai restaurant in Victoria, Saanich or Sidney! The food is delicious, every detail attended to, and the staff is kind and understanding when you ask for extra sauce or drop your cutlery from the overwhelming yummy!

We have been customers for years. The chicken wings are one of our go too. But this time they were very small and not much meat on them. Was so sad. Otherwise the food was great.

We had dinner this evening and sat outside. The server was friendly, quick and support staff was ready to check in and fill water, asking everything was ok in between. Very friendly young ladies. The food came quickly, I was a bit shocked, but it was fresh and delicious. We had red curry, garlic pork and appetizer cups. They were all so good. It’s on our favorites now when we stop in Sidney!!
