I recently visited for an early dinner because it opened after 4 pm on weekends. FYI- this place is open from 4-8.30 on Saturday and Sunday. Most recommended authentic Thai food in town, the spice in every food is really good, and I loved it. the best part was the food, bursting with authentic flavours, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice.From Tomyum soup, Pad Thai to the rich red Curry, every dish was delicious. The service was equally outstanding; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable It’s a great spot for anyone craving quality Thai cuisine with excellent service!

We ordered some takeout back in August 2024. On a whim, we decided that Thai would be a great dinner, so we stopped in and I put a take out order in. First I want to say that the staff is super friendly. Soon after I got into the building I was guided to the counter to put an order in. The person who took the order was helpful on explaining how to get the spices set right which is not always the case. About 20 minutes later the items were ready just like they promised. They insisted that I take a few chocolates as well :).
For the food, we had a variety of dishes. I highly recommend the Red Curry. Phad Thai which is a staple was one of the better preparations that I have had. The Praram Long Song (beef) was a new dish to us, but was fantastic.
Needless to say when we visit Sidney again, we will be visiting Sabhai again.

Can’t be called thai food. Pad see ew was more like a “salty peppery chicken rice noodle” LOL. The thai inspired clam chowder I had the night before tasted more “thai” than this place ever could. Servers were super nice though.

Last minute decided to try this place as not many places opened Monday evening. I had the ginger tofu made vegan and it was delicious. I was so impressed with the quality of the food and the size of the portion. I would totally recommend especially if you’re looking for a vegan option in Sidney.
Your go to place for home cooked meals. You should try this combos: -golden cups and spring rolls for appetizer -tom yum for soup -phad thai noodles -prawn fried rice -chicken skewers

We ordered Gai Phad Med Mamuang Chicken cashew and Kow Phad Gai Chicken fried Rice. The food was amazing and authentic! Generous portions of meat and vegetables. Smoky fried rice. Friendly staff too. It was so good we returned the next day for lunch. We had the Chicken Pad Tia and Gaeng Gai Red Curry in Coconut sauce. Again, the best Pad Tai and Coconut Curry I have had. Seems every dish there is amazing!
