I bought some fish this morning and I am a local person who wants to eat and buy fish more often so I was excited to visit this company. I am not sure it was a bad day for Ken (most likely) but I found him impatient. When I asked him questions about the different types of fish he was selling his answers where short and not informative. Not a good impression I got at all for such a high profile store, but tonight we will BBQ some Ling Cod and hope the quality of the fish will make up for it. The quality of the fish was excellent! So I am glad to come back and try some other types of fish.

Great experience this morning at Satellite Fish Company today (25/04/2023) Lots of beautiful fresh fish arrived, and obviously, they had a very busy day ahead of them. The Gentleman who was in charge of sales, dropped everything he was doing and came over and asked me if there was anything that I would like. Told him what I wanted and he immediately went to work. I had a large green cooler with me and purchased a few hundred dollars of some nice fresh (and frozen) fish. He wrapped everything up, filled up my cooler with fish and ice because I had a little over 400 km to travel. I asked if it would be all right if I could back up my truck because the cooler would be so difficult to lift and carry to my vehicle. He instructed me to back up as far as I could go, and he would assist me. To my surprise, he grabbed that heavy cooler and carried it to my pick up and lifted the cooler in the truck box. That is what I call customer service!! Highly recommended wonderful experience.
