Walked in here on accident, so happy I did! Great staff, huge selection of healthy options for everything you’d want. You could spend hours in here, read labels and learn. Spices, teas, vitamins, aids for pain, soaps, snacks…the list goes on. I loved it here!

We love this shop. I was looking for some hard-to-find herbal supplements and they had them.We also found some very nice Stainless Steel food containers. We bought two double walled bowls with insets used for a separate food. These will help the food stay cold/hot. I wish I had bought more of them now.The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable.The shop is laid out very well and has 100's of items.You need to stop in and see the huge assortment of items they carry.
