We love this shop. I was looking for some hard-to-find herbal supplements and they had them.We also found some very nice Stainless Steel food containers. We bought two double walled bowls with insets used for a separate food. These will help the food stay cold/hot. I wish I had bought more of them now.The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable.The shop is laid out very well and has 100's of items.You need to stop in and see the huge assortment of items they carry.

Incredible store I came here when I was sick with laryngitis, they gave me Turmeric liquid & anti mucus respiratory stuff, it worked in 2 days! I was back to work:)) I don’t want to say they saved my life but….

I knew you were coming, so I made a cake, and purchased the dried fruit from Sidney Natural Foods. To my surprise, there is a very wide range of things that are good for us - including chocolate from Denman Island, and a great deal of hard-earned knowledge from the staff there.You will find essential oils, a wide range of bulk flour, ingredients for making excellent soups - clean Canadian candles, and a lot lot more. There are many wonderful surprises in this well organized store. Bulk herbs and spices (buy just a teaspoon full, if that's all you need) - Highly recommended, well worth a regular visit
