I had possibly the worst and rudest customer service experience (and overall rudest person l've met in Canada) stopping at this Starbucks. My friends and I stopped at this Starbucks prior to our ferry departure back to Tsawwassen.
We went into the store to order a holiday drink, but the barista at the bar (Jura) was extremely rude from the get go.
I have a dairy allergy, and asking the simple question is the mocha sauce was dairy free sent Jura into a melt down as l asked her to check the ingredients on the label. My partner over heard her cursing under her breath and overall provided an extremely uncomfortable dining experience.
Extremely unprofessional, and management needs to address the behaviors of their employees.

Waited at front counter for over four minutes, not even greeted with a we will be with you in a minute or anything. For barista behind the counter, one working her butt off the others way too casual. Come on Starbucks, you gotta do better than this

Waited in line for 10 mins, 1 till and 4 baristas standing there chatting with no drink orders. New person on till with no one training, order ended up being wrong and waited another 5 mins for a remake.

Cheap with their caramel ribbon crunch topping. Same with all other locations. Supposed to be in a ribbon shape but only got at the top of drink.

It took a little longer, but the taste was good as usual. Bought a Victoria cup in Sidney...

Why is this store so slow? Everyday I have to wait about 15-20 minutes after it says my mobile order is done to get my coffee, once I would understand but everyday? It’s a little ridiculous, maybe get more staff?

This has become my favourite local coffee shop. Normally I prefer smaller independent coffee shops. What wins me over about this Starbucks the staff. They are so lovely. I’m consistently impressed by this stores leadership during the rush. They all throw down super hard. Especially the manager(I assume) Dani. What a crazy hard worker. Come to this Starbucks. It’s a good one.

20+ minutes for an iced coffee that came out half milk is insane. Asked if my coffee was coming 15 minutes in and the lady told me “probably”. 3 girls making drinks and getting distracted with 4 girls talking in the corner.

It was my first time in the Sidney Starbucks since they moved. The new store is larger, brighter and, since it's new, clean and not tired looking. The staff were great.

Sidney Starbucks, waiting in line was too long. Severely overpriced. Street parking only if you can find it and always crowded cause there understaffed or slow, they sell nothing I can't find elsewhere for cheaper or faster, just all around average..

New location is great, but took 20 minutes from the moment I entered to the moment I left to get an Americano to go. It wasn't even that busy either.

Working hour in Google is 7 pm, but they actually were closed at 5 pm! I was in Victoria as a visitor, and I just wanted to get a coffee before going back to Vancouver at 6 pm, but they were closed!
