Food was good but Mr. Shine was very disrespectful. Probably the worst service while preparing the sub. Other people working were fine thought. But interaction was a big turn off. Maybe first and last sub at this place.

Please tell me what is the point of staying open when you shrink the bread down to a hot dog size and slice the veggies so thin that you can literally see through it. It has been getting worse and worse and tonight purchase it my last. Best Subway in Victoria is on MacKenzie by Quadra.

The food prep lady messed up my order and then sat there and continued to argue with in a snotty attitude and would not fix the mistake. I highly recommend going to another Subway and not visit this particular branch.

Horrible customer service.There is an old lady staff here and the way she speak is not respectful at all. I asked for shredded cheese at the end and she was pissed.She was like I already asked you(on the other hand she never did ask) And there was no forks when i asked.She said that only knifes are available.I asked how you expect me to eat with it she asked”should i show you” It was the most horrible experience i had in my entire life.I always loved subway but i never would recommend them again

Why when asking for extra cucumber you place one small round pc? thats very embarrasing in front of other customers to keep asking for just proper portion! 4 pcs of tomatoe for a footlong is stealing.. what happened to good old subway? paying $13 for a sandwich is already high enough for a meal

Subways really good here, as long as you actually watch them make it. When you order off of DoorDash, they tend to put less effort in your food; ESPECIALLY the salads. When my Mom gets them in store they're great! But every-time she orders it off of DoorDash, they only fill it half way. No shame towards DoorDash, its the Subway workers doing this.
