It's BC FERRIES, what can I say. Tried to get off the island since 9:30AM, EVERY SINGLE FERRY BOOKED 100% AND EVERY FERRY HAD MANY MULTIPLE WAITS. EARLIEST available ferry was 10:45 PM (NIGHT TIME) from Nanaimo; That's every single ferry going to the mainland from Nanaimo (2 terminals). Sydney had 1 spot for 5:30pm and then the next 2 sailings later. It's INSANELY underserviced.
What a beautiful venue to look at while waiting for the ferry! Nice people at their ticket booths too!❤️
Reserved ticket, waited to be loaded, not much to say. We never left the vehicle while lined up. So no reviews on the visitor stores.

Good service, but hated the fact that you have to reserve your spot on the ferry. It makes for an added stress visiting the island.
Nice service
Departed here on our way to Vancouver. They were very well organized and our ferry left on time. No issues with ticketing or reservations. The attendants seemed to know what they were doing. Instructions were clear and concise. All around a good experience.
They need a bridge! spent 12 hrs in line in the last 2 days!
