Departed here on our way to Vancouver. They were very well organized and our ferry left on time. No issues with ticketing or reservations. The attendants seemed to know what they were doing. Instructions were clear and concise. All around a good experience.
Best to bring your own snacks for the wait as food options are limited to an overpriced Starbucks. Perhaps a waiting area with a view would be a nice touch.

The pet area keeps getting better! This time we had tables, chairs, and an enclosure from wind and rain. Infinitely better than the pre COVID days of the stuffy urine soaked claustrophobic pet room.
The kids areas are decent, and the whole ferry is clean, well cared for, with fantastic staff.
Overall, a great experience.
