I tried to order a candy cane hot chocolate with an espresso shot but they didn't understand what I was saying. Instead, they punched it in as a candy cane hot chocolate with half coffee.
As I was waiting for my drink, I heard the staff ridiculing my order and saying they aren't Starbucks. They were right. I will be going to Starbucks instead of here for now on.

The last 3 times my breakfast sandwich has been cold. The staff are friendly and quick. There is often a long lineup out the door and someone standing in the door with it held open which makes it cold and unpleasant. Coffee has been awful lately - too strong and burned - not drinkable. I won't be returning.

I ordered worth 20 Dollars of food but I got only 10 dollars good as I ordered 9:30 pm the bagel wrap and grilled cheese melt and pickup time was 10 pm and they closes at 11 but always they say we closed our grill at 9:30 so we don’t have any wrap or cheese melt at the time that’s not fair at all….

The muffin and coffee were good. However there is a shortage of seating. Customers linger long after they’ve finished their coffee leaving others to stand around. More seats please!
