Brutal service brutal food brutal wait times for very simple dish well over an hour. Awful I will never ever go back to this Boston pizza terrible kitchen wait times. Do yourself a favor go buy a pizza at the grocery store and cook it yourself it will be better and well within a 30 minute pizza

We called several times to ordered some food for dinner but they never picked the phone up. We went to the restaurant to place our order instead, but the waitresses put the wrong pizza in and didnt hear our other order. We asked why they didn’t answer the phone, they said “we’re busy” which ive seen two tables (max) inside. This place was better before but now they can’t even answer the phone. Never order on the phone cause they wont answer. Go to another place to order food for the night cause they cant hear a simple order.

We enjoyed this location. We were in town with friends and had a nice group dinner. We had a wide range of food and drinks at the table. Everything from deep fried pickles to spaghetti. Our server was amazing and very prompt, she did great with the large table of people. We would definitely return next time in Smithers.
Went to BP last night. Got a fly in beer but still got charged for it. Moreover, the manager for some reason had an attitude towards us with no reason as to why. The server and bartender were really nice, the food was good but the experience wasn’t that great.

I have allergic reaction to pork products so when I was with my girls next door my spouse was going to order lasagna they didn't know their sauce ingredients so ended up with ravioli marinara sauce...still good... girls had a second dinner so that was a surprise for us
This is generally our last choice to eat in town as who wants to pay premium prices for microwaved food. More often than not we have pretty mediocre service and the food is at best ok.

Chicken wings were VERY undercooked like half cooked . Celery and carrots were limp and warm. Pizza was super greasy. I order from BPS. All the time. Smithers Boston Pizza…. DO BETTER PLEASE. ??♀️

Pretty brutal here, and all I ordered was takeout. First sin, they skimped on the fries, never skimp on the fries. Do I need to continue? I will. The place looks like it is falling apart, the servers could care less, they gave us like 10 fries, both our meals were supposed to come with fries.... This happened 3 weeks ago and I'm still psd about it.

We went to watch Hockey games this week's. Sat at the bar. Daelin, bartender was very friendly & attentive especially as busy as it was last night. The wings were really good. If you like onion rings, crispy panko breading was very tasty.
