2025-06-23 Update - everything from my earlier review is still accurate. Good news is this one still offers free refills!! The staff were friendly and polite. Easy location for travelers to pull off the highway and take a quick break from the road. Seating area is clean, bright and sunny. Bathrooms were basic but clean. Not super quick food service, but most fast-food places are not all that fast anymore.

The best looking Mc ‘ds i have ever seen , looks like a lil cottage , service is always good , food was hot and the fries for once were salty and freash …. I would recommend this Mc’Ds to family and friends or anyone going through this mountain town ???

Parking: Little cramped but its a small town

Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room for a wheel chair

Very disappointed paying 4$ plus tax for a large smoothie and only receiving a medium size smoothies worth in a large cup. The service in the drive thru was pretty slow this evening.
