The food was good, but service was very awful. Felt racist

Worst service ever. Waitress does not talk. Did not bring water. Forgot to bring cream and spoon with coffee. Forgot half my order. Food was bland and ham burnt and skimp on eggs Benedict. It was not even busy and she did not ask if we wanted refills for coffee. Did not wait for bill as she was so slow getting to tables. Other patrons rolled their eyes. Worst eggs Benedict ever . Save your self the $ and go to McDonald’s

Probably the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. I had the muscles and there were so salty. You could not eat them. I explained this to the waitress she talked to the chef and they still charge me almost full price as I did not eat even half of them. They just didn’t seem to give a shit. No wonder that restaurant is empty 90% of the time do better would not recommend this restaurant.

This place is hit or miss. There is one issue that stands out with the inconsistencies. One of the cooks in the kitchen put a seasoning spice (contains sugar) on absolutely everything, as well as parmesan. Parmesan is expensive and it tastes bad when you put it on meals that aren't suppose to have it. Why is there parmesan on poutine? Why is there parmesan on nachos? I specifically have to ask for no parmesan and no seasoning spice on any meal I order and the servers look at me like I'm nuts but there's someone in the kitchen that goes to town on it. The seasoning spice has lots of sugar in it and I cannot consume sugar so it's obvious when I order potatoes and I get sick. If I order nachos, there is no need for a sugary seasoning spice on it. Especially if there's parmesan on it too. Parm and sugar are not a great combo on Nachos. I feel there should be some sort of consistency in this restaurant. Anyway, save your spices and save your parmesan. It's not making the meals better.

Spent three nights nearby with five meals at this stellar restaurant. Chef Nadia is a gem of a chef and every bite was delicious. The attentive service and comfortable atmosphere makes Noir a must do culinary experience. They have great gluten friendly choices well indicated. I need to come back to try the Char!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience we had at Noir kitchen today because of Chef Sid and server Rommel.Server was too kind and generous to welcome us and offer water and coffee at arrival. He made sure our order was delivered to us as expected because we asked the chef for some customized breakfast options like shredded hash browns and veggie omelette with no peppers and preferred parmesan cheese onions, tomatoes, and spinach, all sautéed to perfection. The eggs were fluffy but firm, holding the generous portion of vegetables without being soggy. The combination of flavors was fresh and vibrant, with just a hint of seasoning that didn’t overpower the ingredients. They used sour dough bread which was toasted to perfection with butter. We really enjoyed our breakfast and thank the amazing chef Sid.
It’s worth visiting Noir kitchen for breakfast for their amazing breakfast menu.

We ate at this restaurant as part of our tour while staying at the hotel next door. We ate very well, the meal was plentiful and of good quality. We also ate breakfast the next morning and it was also very good and well served.

We were staying in the hotel so we had breakfast at Noir. The quality of the food is good but we asked for medium and they were VERY hard. The hash browns were also over cooked and it only comes with one piece of toast and I got a small end piece. But service was excellent and coffee was good.

The breakfast is my go to in town and has been for a few years now. Service is on point and the atmosphere with the lite music and window's to look over the highway make it an enjoyable place to wake up in ?

We went for dinner and breakfast. The little amount of short rib in the pappardelle was very dry and overcooked. There was a handful of grocery store grape tomatoes on top. It wasn't worth the $34. Breakfast was also very expensive for what was received. Steel cut oats were clearly quick oats. On a positive side, service was very good and the atmosphere was nice.

For those who have had a negative experience in the past, this place deserves a re-visit.I have visited this restaurant twice recently, after an underwhelming experience a year or two ago. Both times I have been very pleasantly surprised by how good the food and service is. There is absolutely nothing that could be changed about the service! Rommel, the man who served me both times is so kind, attentive, and not once was I interrupted with my mouth full or for small talk. I really appreciated being able to quietly eat my meal at the end of a very long day.I had the prosciutto and arugula pizza last time, and the short ribs tonight.OH! Their peach cobbler is unbelievable. Never had it the way they make it and it's is delicious.I'll definitely be back ?

Nope. So busy they couldn’t ever refill drinks or get appetizers out. Imagine. A bar that can’t refill drinks! So don’t bother
