They gave my pizza to another customer… that customer brought it back when they realized it wasn’t his. The panago worker acted like nothing happened and still sold me the pizza. This is against the law.

The food was amazing, service was a different story the Lady at the counter was extremely pushy and seemed very rushed while there was NO ONE else in there, I understand if there's alot of people in there but that wasn't the case she was just very rude

Pizza dough is sodt almost uncooked. No flavour to the pizza. The honey wings have no honey flavour or seasoning. Very bad.

Quite possibly the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had. I always stop here when I’m in Smithers. Usually get the plant-based Mediterranean and a fresh salad. The impossible nuggets are also delicious. Friendly staff, great food. Thank you for the extensive vegan options!

Im from Alberta , i havent had panago since it was called panagopoulos early 1990s , crust was on par , sauce was very tastey, tons of toppings, lots of cheese , picked up a meat lovers and ham and pineapple , zero complaints , delivery was fast and driver was very polite , i would recommend this pizza joint to family , friends and travelers ….
