Decided to give this place a try (usually got to other place). Pizza was fine but I’ve been violently ill with food poisoning since. I’ve never had this and will never be back.

I went to order two pizzas online but I wanted to customize the order by changing an ingredient. When I called the Smithers store to order the same two pizzas, they said it would cost double the price. $72 for two medium pizzas instead of the $33 on their website. When I asked why it was so much more expensive through them, they laughed and said it was a website deal only.. this is the first time I've encountered a company whose prices didn't match their advertisement/website. I made the order online and called back to ask for the change and they again laughed and said it would be double the price ($72 for two mediums) if we changed an ingredient. When the pizza was delivered, we discovered that one of the pizzas wasn't what we ordered. We called back right away and, again, he just laughed. While I have ordered from other Pizza Hut locations in the past with ease, I have never experienced this kind of unprofessionalism. I was left feeling scammed and extremely frustrated. I would not recommend ordering your pizza through the SMITHERS Pizza Hut location and I will not be doing so in the future.

Used to go to pizza hut all the time till they discontinued the butter garlic sauce haven't been back since and every time I ask how I can order it myself they say they don't know !!!
