Been to Smithers for a provincial ski event and SBC was involved, which led me to their tap-room. Past the door and it smells sawdust of locals gathering after work (great start). Everything I tasted on tap, cans or barrel aged was well executed with personality. Franks and chiseled flavors, a just-right blend of creativity and true-to-style approach. Hudson Bay ISA, if distributed in my area, would definitely be my go-to beer. Smithereens: cherish your local craft brewery, you are so lucky to have them!

This place is great. Nice beers but closing at 11pm means I can’t have a Roni. Just keep it open till midnight at minimum.

A beautiful brewery with very special beer... brewed on site. I chose the offer with 4 different beers - you choose yourself. Perfect...e.g. No. 9 the caffebier...my favorite but became No. 2. Very friendly staff...great atmosphere.

The beer slushie was an interesting beverage, would come back on a hot day just for that!
Beer was excellent and cold. Staff was friendly and the mist on the outdoor tables was all that we needed on a hot Summer day.
