Gave attitude and also smells like sweat (we sat outside), the floors weren't clean (floor was sticky) as well as the tables weren't clean till we told them to clean the tables, and for some reason they couldn't hear us even tho we were talking loud enough for them to hear us (me, my mom, with nephew and sister) we lost our apatite after the sweat smell got stronger till we left the area. Isn't the same as the one in New Hazelton.

Workers are always in a rush and being cheap. Closed early every night. Stinks like curry
The food is pretty much as good as per any Subways franchise however I have two things that made me to decide to no longer patronize this franchise despite it being the only one in my town. First, this franchise does not honour the e-gift cards that I retrieved from Visa Avion points. Yes part of the problem is that Subways corporate allows franchises to opt out of such programs, but this franchise has it come up when scanning the e-card as “not valid”. And then on the two times I tried to use the cards the staff did not or could not explain the truth, which is that the store owners don’t want to accept the cards. Finding out the truth took a few hours of my time. Also every time one checks out at the restaurant the tipping notice comes up, which while annoying has become common at many establishments; however at this place I noticed that the two times when I decided to mark “no tip” the reaction from the server was rude. Other times when I gave a small tip the server reacted also with a slight frown. But when I gave a big tip it was smiles. Shallow.
I will still patronize Subways when travelling and away from my home town, but not this one.

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to tomatoes. I made the mistake of not telling them and my sandwhich was remade without any problems. I am so happy with Subway. Made me feel welcome with no problems about my allergies
