This location in Smithers is the worst tim Hortons I have ever seen. They open and close whenever they feel like it and when they are open they cant get 1 single order right something needs to change.

On Tues Sept 9 we waited outside the locked door for 15 minutes past opening time of 5am before we went to McDonalds instead. When we drove past at 520 Tim Hortons still wasn't open.

Everyday they just close whenever they feel like it and staff is very rude. Drove up to the drive thru for them to turn the lights off while I am at the ordering screen and refuse to serve me 30 minutes before they are suppose to close. Sometimes they close a hour early without any notice at all. As someone who spends 30-40$ daily at Tim hortons this is by far the worse location I have ever been to in my life. I would rather drive 45 minutes each way to Houston then I would spend money at the Smithers location. 6 years of constant bad service rude staff and disappointment after disappointment. This location needs a big change in management.

The bathroom was really dirty. It wasn't dirty from recent use, it was built up filth. Take a hour a give it a extra scrub once a week.

I had a veggie habanero wrap and the rice wasn’t cooked it was made poorly with red sauce dripping out. One of the worst wraps I’ve had.
