You've got to get the eggamajig!! We were visiting and I loved it so much we had to make another trip back to this place before leaving town.
Outdoor seating is very spacious and dog friendly. Just a nice little cafe and everyone was so kind!

Such a lovely spot. The Eggamajig is so yum and the coffee is spot on! The atmosphere matches the great food and coffee. Great vibe and the folx working here were so friendly to everyone who came in.
Deffo worth the positive reviews, and I found the prices to be v reasonable.

This nice cafe is well worth finding! It's around the corner from the main street in Sooke. Terrific coffee and hot drinks! I like the Eggamajig hot sandwich. This is where I bring friends & visitors.

The real place of the local & art community. You know, not something that works by the clock, you need guidelines and other limiting rules. It’s the other way around ;)
creativity is shown in everything 🎠If u're looking for Art breeze = a must-have place for vegan sweetie 🙃

The carrot cake was exceptional; the coffee was excellent. I had a latte, and my spouse (who discards coffee that doesn't meet her standards) insisted this would be our only coffee source after our first visit. The barista was so welcoming; I am not that happy that early in the morning and it is so nice to see someone who is.

Visiting from Seattle, we really enjoyed our coffee here. The Tsunami blend for the espresso drinks had a pleasant complexity with a hint of fruitiness. Thank you for not serving mud at the espresso bar! On drip was a single origin from Rwanda: so delicious I bought some of these beans to bring home. The staff were friendly and enthusiastic—we had a very enjoyable coffee discovery in Sooke.

Cappuccino was very nice, and London Fog was super smooth. The food was SO good, I don't know if I've eaten a chicken wrap so quickly before. Space was very nice and cozy. Only thing keeping me from rating 5 stars was that the barista was staring daggers at me the moment we walked in, and was pretty rude during the interaction 😅 We did come in half an hour before closing, and like, I get it -- I used to be a barista, and I didn't like when customers came in before close too (and we closed at 10 PM!). So I don't want to discredit the whole place because of it. I say give it a shot! Really great quality espresso beans :)

First visit..the gentleman cashier seemed rather aloof and disinterested...but doing his job although not particularly welcoming... The coffee was a smaller size coffee I guess the house special for the day 2.50 seemed a bit high but I guess standard prices these days
.. The coffee was really quite tasteless and after a few sips I just dumped it didn't taste very good ..kind washed out stale flavor..... If I was working or running a coffee shop I would always taste my coffee before I serve it to make sure it's absolutely perfect and enjoyable... I don't think I will visit again at least in the near future

Such a fun place. Even more fun knowing it’s cooperatively owned by members of the community since the beloved Stick in the Mud sold. Espresso beans roasted on site were well balanced. VGF banana chocolate chip was not obviously GF, well sweetened (ie not too sweet) and perfect top crust. Will be back when next in Sooke.

Hearty delicious morning glory muffin and a to die for London Fog - not gaggy sweet like some places, I will not mention make. Only downsize is their drip coffee is more acidic than we prefer.
