For the price, this place really can’t be beat. It’s not just the food and the service, it’s the small town vibe that the locals bring. One day a group of older guys bought my 2 yr old son a cupcake because he smiled at them. I hope this place stays the same forever.

What a great little place! My spouse and I both had the Hey You, eggs with smashed browns--superb! We are meat eaters, but we appreciated having the choice of avocado or fried tomato in lieu of bacon, etc. The prices are very reasonable. The staff, three gals, were chatting and laughing amongst themselves continuously, which could have been contrived and obnoxious but was actually charming--as though they were enjoying working together, go figure! We will be back next time we are in Sooke, this place is the real deal.

Absolutely no complaints! Everyone adored the potatoes that came with our meals. Every staff member was super kind and attentive, and the service was very quick. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience for brunch when we were tired and hungry after packing up in the rain after camping weekend. Inside the place looks like a renovated house - which is cleanly maintained and gives cozy atmosphere. The lady at the eatery was welcoming and very attentive. And the best part - food is GIGANTIC and delicious. I ordered vegetable omelette comes with golden brown toasts and irresistably crispy hashbrowns. It seemed to be loved by regular customers as well. Would love to go back when I'm in neighborhood!
