Food was great but a black hole opened under my table while I was eating. I dont know if this was part of the experience but the octopus garage band was pretty good and had a great vibe especially since the guitarist could use their tentacles to play more cords. Definitely coming back some day, but hoping that ill be able to dine more peacefully next time.

This is our second review after many, many visits! Grilled to the Mac never disappoints. Today we ordered some newer menu items, and as expected, all were super good! We love that it's healthy comfort food. Always feel good right after, and the next day. Great prices and value as well!

Great food truck next to the SOBrewery. Food was good, they were quick and buzzed us when it was ready. The grilled sandwich was for sure the best, we’d order that again in a heartbeat.

Well done Grilled to the Mac!
We had a Mac & Cheese, 2 Grilled Cheese sandwiches and a Rarebit Grill sandwich. Mac & Cheese was perfectly done and so, so cheesy. The grilled sandwiches were cheese crusted, which was a really nice, tasty addition, along with a great portion of meat.
Assuming it was the owner that was working solo, he was totally slammed with a lot of orders and still had the food out pretty quickly considering.
Great atmosphere too sitting outside and enjoying some beer from Sooke Oceanside Brewery… also really good beer.

This place, have to be the BEST MAC AND CHEESE IN THE WORLD.
Just crushed some beers at SOB (also 5star kinda place)
Then we ordered the jalapeno Mac and cheese, crushed some more beers and welll ... Pretty much the best day of my life.
It be rude not to try this absolute Banger of a food truck!
If I could, and I should, I'd eat their menu every day of my life!
Don't be silly, don't miss this, the cheese is literally everywhere!
this is a must stop at place the food is great, the prices are good. if you from out of this area and don't stop here you will be greatly upset with your self later on

The food quality and taste was really good, we had a Cubano and the tacos. The reason I gave a 2 star rating was that we were left feeling ripped off after receiving the tacos. They are 2 tiny 1 bite tacos that cost 16$ . Value is definitely not there….

The Cubano sandwich is very good. Highly recommended! Also had the prairie hot dog and a Mac n cheese, both of those were just Ok. The Mac n cheese could use a stronger cheese to kick it up a notch. It was pleasantly creamy and mildly cheesy, but I probably wouldn’t order it again.
Good service and the atmosphere is created by the brewery. All good there.

Delicious food at this food truck conveniently located by the brewery! We ordered the Japanese tacos, Cubano sandwich and corn salad which were all so delicious. The young man working the truck was also very nice.
