One star is too many for this food truck. This message is directed to the owner. The paying public would hope that for the the prices you charge that you would strive to provide the highest quality. Your signature burger came with no sides not even salad. The pattie was frozen then cooked a bit of cheese, mayo and way too much lettuce which was obviously added to make the burger look bigger than it was. Your poor service and bad food for the price you charge is very frustrating as you could do so much better. I definitely would not return they call that death by a thousand cuts. As each customer doesn't return. Too bad you have the Brewery to help your business model yet your cooks are turning out bad food.

Hoping for some good Mac and Cheese and Grilled to the Mac delivered! Awesome location next to SOB Brewery. So glad it was open after the long weekend at the end of September. Had the Jalapeño Mac and Cheese and the Rarebit Grill, both were amazing. Creamy, spicy and delicious! I saw some bad reviews on google but I don’t know what they were eating but I had some solid food. Highly recommend, stop there when you are in Sooke.

The funkiest perfect location for a food truck in a pretty courtyard between Sooke Oceanside Brewery and the Bike & Surf shop just off the busy Sooke Highway. It’s so very Sooke! They used to be heavy on the popular Mac & Cheese but now you can share other really terrific dishes w local produce and meat…turned into complex sauces and flavours that are going to bring us back when we next stop for a cold home brew! The Elotes roast corn and smoky pepper salad with a side of bbq pulled pork (chicken or bacon) was the tastiest dish I’ve had this year. You can carry your plate to eat in or out. The view is special too!

30 minutes later the incredible flavors of the Cubano are still lingering in my mouth. As I told the Chef, I invented a few more swear words as I was enjoying each bite. Beautiful to look at sandwich and creative combo of ingredients. So few really quality food experiences are offered now with care taken to create flavor and deliver at a cost that is not at a greedy price point. If you want a Sooke experience of first class food, skip the restaurants and visit this food truck. I Plan to work thru the menu. Watch for the little sign on the road by the surf and bike shops. Just go.

Phenomenal food! All hand made sauces, locally sourced breads and meats. Quality was superb! And the guy who helped me was great!! I had a few questions around a couple allergies and it was so great to have fantastic food safe for all my allergies.

This cool little truck packs a lot of punch. With amazing mac and cheese, great dogs and a chips and salsa (sauce) that is both spicy and tasty this truck at the S.O.B. brewery is perfect for the clientele. Great views matched by great vibes, friendly staff and guests. This place needs to be a stop!

We were looking for a dog-friendly place after doing a couple of hikes, and this didn't disappoint. We ordered beers from SOB and Elotes with roja chicken from Grilled. The chicken was slow-cooked, tender, and flavorful, and the greens were fresh. It was just what we needed.
