Went for a dine in supper yesterday around 4pm. Front entrance door was wide open, one heater on the floor and the inside temperature was as cool as outside. We were the only customers inside . Server approached wearing a toque and winter jacket, when asked why no heat she just laughed. Ordered our food and it arrived hot, and was very good, but within minutes had cooled right off. I might add there was a steady stream of take out orders being picked up, they obviously knew something we didn't. Came time to leave, packing up our leftovers and she was in our face with the payment machine as if we were dining and dashing. Again I asked why no heat and was met with another laugh. Be a long while before we grace their doors again .

was absolutely gross food. I was so upset to order it for my family. none of us finished our plates. it tasted like old food they keep for the next customer. Never going back again.

We ordered 5 dishes tonight. We live one block from the resturant and the food arrived cold. It also tasted off so I ate nothing. We ordered delivery because we had guests and we were doing a holiday get together. This was our second time ordering (first time was also sub par, but we thought we'd give it another try) and it will be our last. It's unfortunate because I would love to support a local business. Luckily I provided other food and appies, so it wasn't a total bust.

Been a while since I have ordered here and now I remember why. Ordered Chicken Fried Rice and it tasted old definitely not fresh the rice felt weird in my mouth not fluffy felt sort of tuff very starchy. I find it is very hit and miss with this place a roll of the dice every time you eat here.

If you have extensive experience in dining at the numerous Chinese restaurants in Richmond BC , East Vancouver you have a benchmark for Chinese cuisine in BC. Now before going here manage your expectations. I went there today with what i thought was lowered expectations however i realize my expectations unfortunately were not low enough. Over cooked bland fried rice, bland egg rolls….bland is the key takeaway.

Stopped here on a whim after a long day, and we felt like we found a gem. The fried rice had flavour and the texture was perfect. Same thing with the chow mein. Beef n Broccoli was tasty, had some good crunch still, and a nice sized serving in the 2for1 combo.
