Came in for lunch today for the first time, had the lamb korma 10/10, so much flavour, the lamb was melt in your mouth. Already can’t wait to go back to get the korma again and try other dishes, service was great too

India Delight is my favorite Indian restaurant, and offers enough value that I eat here a couple times a week. The food is delicious and nutritious, with a mix of authentic and more Westernized dishes, lots of vegetarian and seafood options, and a kids menu. Prep times are quick (often I have my food in 15 minutes or less), portions are generous, and prices are reasonable, but what really makes this place magical and keeps me coming back so often is one of the main servers, Gunjan. She provides immaculate customer service, always makes me feel welcome, remembers my order preferences, and provides good advice on what to order. Her open, friendly demeanor, and amazing, positive vibe always brighten up my day whenever I come in.

One of the best lunch/dinner spots in Sooke, with fast service, excellent food, and a really outstanding lunch special. Gunjan is fantastic, and all of the staff are helpful, courteous, and take good care their regular customers, so I encourage you to become one!

Everything was really great. It started with an complimentary appetizer which was amazing.The food tasted so good and the quantity was awesome ! We didn’t expect such a big portion size and amazing taste. 10/10 experience and really good staff.
Later they also gave us desert to finish. Never had such a good experience! 😊

Indian Bistro and Bar truly impressed me with their authentic vegetarian dishes. The Paneer Tikka Masala was absolutely delicious — soft, perfectly grilled paneer cooked in a rich, flavorful gravy with the right balance of spices.
The Tandoori Garlic Naan was fresh, soft, and beautifully infused with garlic, making it the perfect companion to the curries. The Dal Tadka tasted homely and comforting, with a wonderful tempering that enhanced its flavor.
The Veg Pakora was crispy, hot, and well-seasoned — a great starter. To top it all off, the Lassi was thick, refreshing, and perfectly sweetened, giving a perfect finish to the meal.
Overall, the food quality, taste, and authenticity were outstanding. A must-visit place for vegetarian food lovers. Highly recommended! 🙌🌿 Gunjan
