Just came to check out the little shop! The gf/vf choco coco torte was so delicious. I just wanted 1 bite and I couldn't stop! I'm not gf nor vegan, but I always lean to anything with coconut on top. And man, I would have bought a whole pie!

I absolutely love Island Tarts. These are some of the best pastries you'll ever have, way above the level of quality we get to expect in a small town like Sooke. The pricing is on the low end compared to other cafes in Sooke. For example, their version of avocado toast with balsamic comes with an avocado rose that any instagram influencer would lose their mind over and somehow costs less than a mediocre sandwich elsewhere in Sooke.
