Horrible service! Went in for sandwiches.The lady was extremely rude and unwilling to make the sandwiches giving me attitude.If you’re not willing to make food. Don’t put it on your menu.I come here often and you’ve now lost a customer! Very unfortunate. Thought this place had a much better atmosphere until today.

Fantastic cakes and fantastic service! Our first oder was 2 years ago when I realized there was no way I had the energy to make a cake, and we've been getting them at Kelz every since! Cake tastes fantastic, not to sweet, but so delicous, and staff are always friendly.

I needed a last minute birthday cake and called them the day before and they were able to do it! The cake was lovely- almost like a pound cake with lemon filling that was fresh and the lemon flavour was great- not artificial tasting at all! Staff were so friendly, and they have a great selection of savoury baking and pastries I will definitely be back for!

Just had the BEST deli sandwich I've ever had in my life. It couldn't have been made better. Delicious roast beef and cheese on a cheese bun with pickles, tomato, cuke slices and lettuce with the perfect amount of mayo.. Everything was as fresh as you could get. Incredibly fresh bun and generous amount of beef. I can't believe it's taken me this long to discover this hidden gem of a bakery here in Sooke. The lovely left handed lady who served us was as polite and courteous as a person could be. We will be treating ourselves to Kelz bakery offerings on a regular basis. Keep doing what you are doing it's beautiful. Customers for life here. Jack and Cindy. 5 Stars isn't enough. Thanks again.

Driving past Sooke and picked up a quiche without any particular expectations. I had no idea quiches could be that soft and fluffy. Very pleasant surprise! Will stop by again.
I just grabbed my mother's birthday cake today from kelz and it was absolutely delicious I asked for a fruit cake and they delivered an amazing cake. The flavour was perfect not too sweet yet very tasty, needles to say we almost ate the whole thing between the 6 of us!! Great place great staff, friendly and detail oriented; their skills are top notch I will be ordering all future cakes from here. Thanks for making this day special for my family.
