The server was polite and friendly. We ordered a chilli cauliflower, it was terrible soggy cauliflower with too much gravy. Dosa was good, Kothu parotta was good too but very bland.

ordered with clearly mentioning lacha pratha from there. that's totally made of maida... never going back after this...food was similar to FROZEN STUFF
it ruined our dinner plan..and i garbage that food in front of staff there.

they offered us food on call when we left and were on the way toward next restaurant.
4 nan for 34$.. ?..?
what about our time & plans..?
on the other hand 2 curries were also got cold.
we had to travel from Langford to Victoria for pratha &. nan.
totally disappointed...
wasted 34$ & hours for all this process. & we had to spend again for another food..from Victoria..as you guys can see second pratha receipt & food package from another restaurant.

Lovely place to try south Indian food,we had zero idea about this cuisine but the server there,Mishika was so lovely,patienceful & welcoming.She very patiently heard our choices and recommended us to try fish pakora, chicken pakora, kothu parotta,Dosa and all were good.she made our experience of dining so pleasant.next time,we will again follow her recommendations.Thankyou

We recently went on a family trip to Victoria for sightseeing and decided to pre-order our lunch from Kurry King, a fantastic South Indian restaurant. We ordered chicken biriyani, chicken curry, paneer pulao, chapathi with shahi paneer, and a few other items. From the moment we contacted them, the service was professional and friendly. They made sure our order was ready on time and packed everything with great care.

The packing was perfect — neat, clean, and travel-friendly. Even after a few hours of sightseeing, the food remained warm and fresh. We really appreciated the effort they put into ensuring that nothing leaked or spilled.

As for the taste — every single dish was absolutely delicious! The biriyani was aromatic and full of flavor, the curries were rich and well-spiced, and the chapathis were soft and fresh. The paneer dishes were creamy and perfectly cooked. It truly felt like a homemade meal with authentic South Indian flavors.

We had a wonderful experience with Kurry King, and we will definitely be ordering from them again on our next trip to Victoria. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty, authentic South Indian food with great service and perfect packing!

Picked up chicken biryani, butter chicken, vindaloo, garlic naan, beef madras, beef madras and a type of roti and everything tasted amazing. Their chicken biryani was to die for. The chef recommended us many of the food options and portion sizes. They helped us carry our food to the car and had everything packed and labelled nicely!

We did a large group order to go. They were incredibly helpful in helping to order to the groups palate with a variety for everyone to enjoy. They also helped carry everything to the car. The food was delicious and very much enjoyed from young children to adult.
